Summerfest Welcomes Aerosmith to Marcus Amphitheater Stage

Aerosmith Summerfest
Aerosmith will play the Marcus Amphitheater on July 7, during Summerfest. The band announced that Milwaukee will be their eighth spot on their "Global Warming 2012" tour. Prior to Milwaukee, they will be in Detroit on July 5. Tickets have yet to go on sale for this date.
Most folks that know Aerosmith know that many of the members of the band had their issues with the rock and roll lifestyle. At least three members of Aerosmith admitted that they struggled to stay clean and sober during different points in the past four decades. It's safe to say that the entire band is happy and healthy right now.
A quick scan of the Aerosmith website reveals nineteen albums for sale, and a few extras like Joe Perry Hot Sauce. Many of their later disks were retooled greatest hits albums, or live performances captured on tape. No one will forget songs like Walk This Way, or Toys in the Attic. A track like Jaded from Just Push Play brings a more up to date sound to listener's ears, even though that song was written in 2000. When the band released Pump, it looked like they were back on top. Pump, Get a Grip, and Nine Lives sold millions of copies worldwide. Their last studio album was titled Honkin' on Bobo, and came out in 2004.
