Eagles Summerfest 2013 Show July 7 | Marcus Amphitheater Tickets On Sale Now

The Eagles Summerfest 2013
The Eagles make a stop at Summerfest 2013 on July 7.  That will be the last night of the festival. For their fans, the band has decided to play a wide range of their greatest hits.  With five number one hit songs, and album sales into the millions, one can expect an evening of great music.  Their first album came out in 1973, and their last album (before breaking up,) came out in 1981.  They reunited in 1994, and have played together on and off since that time. Tickets for their appearance at the Marcus Amphitheater are on sale now.

It is rumored that Bernie Leadon will be joining the band for some of his songs.  That would mark the first time that Leadon has been part of the group since he left in 1975.  The deal is not set in stone just yet, but when asked, Eagles management did not dismiss the rumor. The Eagles are one band that had its ups and downs regarding founding members. Long gone are men like Leadon, Meisner, and Felder.

Long Road Out Of Eden

The Eagles released Long Road Out Of Eden back in 2007.  That was their first new musical effort in nearly three decades.  After all, the band broke up in 1980, and reunited in 1994 to perform mostly their back catalogue.  They released four new songs for their "Hell Freezes Over" tour.  Two of those four songs became top 40 hits. Will other former members of the band bury the hatchet with Don and Glen, and tag along for this tour.  It's very unlikely. See you at Summerfest 2013.
